Mattey Tibbetts
Mattey has been certified and teaching Pilates for the past 5 years. He is also certified as a personal trainer/ group fitness instructor through ACE. At each session he brings an affable personality and his years of movement experience to give a workout that challenges your core. He often adds props such as free weights, balls and other devices to keep his classes fresh and exciting. Currently, he is one of the instructors for the “Boot Camp” and “The Real Routine” classes. Utilizing his knowledge of sports raining he incorporates athletic movement patterns into each part of the intense “Boot Camp” class. He believes that specific spine/ core exercises transfer well into real life activities and produce a long, lean and athletic look. “The Real Routine” is as Mattey describes “basics and beyond”. You will learn about alignment, body awareness, and how to challenge yourself with perfect form!

Leda Lum
Leda has been studying movement, dance, and various forms of therapy for over ten years. She has taught Pilates in chiropractic offices, physical therapy clinics and Pilates studios since being certified in 2000. Her technique is influenced by a wide variety of master instructors and her approach is very personal and thorough. Her clients often comment that Leda has an amazing skill for understanding injury and also how to rehabilitate the problem. Leda has a compassionate and gentle approach to working with clients that allows new and established clients to challenge themselves with skills they once thought of as inconceivable. She offers both class instruction and private sessions throughout the week.

Dirk Shafer
Let's increase your life. Let's increase your level of awareness. Let's increase your physical ability to cope and function more effectively everyday. Let's more efficiently connect your mind to your body. The Pilates classes that Dirk offers are beneficial for everyone who attends, no matter what your level of experience. Whether you would like to learn the basic forms of Pilates or are trying to master the advanced postures, he will help guide you towards a higher level of awareness with respect to your body. He has added a "Surf and Swim" class to his schedule that incorporates many of the common body forms used in surfing and swimming. Soon to come is his "Ballroom" class that will incorporate the art of dance into your workout.

Michelle Merritt
Michelle strives to teach her students to move with greater joy and freedom in a fun, energetic and supportive atmosphere. Michelle was a Radio City Rockette and Broadway dancer for many years and graduated from Pilates Sports Center specializing in West Coast Pilates. Michelle encourages a thorough understanding of the principles of Pilates for building better strength, flexibility and alignment. Michelle enjoys tailoring her routines to her client's specific needs while continually incorporating fresh and new movements into every session.

Britney Starzman
Britt began practicing Pilates 13 years ago as a way to prevent injuries while performing 8 shows a week, as a Broadway dancer. Britt teaches West Coast Style Pilates and was trained by 3 physical therapists. She has been working at the Rehabilitative Institute in Beverly Hills for the past 5 years. Britt’s sparkling and encouraging personality, combined with her dance and rehabilitation background have made her one of the most successful and valued Pilates instructors today.

Cindy Ricalde
Cindy Ricalde’s background includes 25 years of classical, contemporary and theatrical dance. She began teaching ballet and Pilates during her career as a dancer. Her love for teaching Pilates has fit well with her passion for dance and has given her practical insight to help those who are injured. Her Pilates background originated with Mari Winsor over 15 years ago and since then she has gone on to study with Romana Kryzanowska, Lolita San Miguel and Jillian Hessel. These remarkable teachers have exposed Cindy to several rehabilitation protocols with a focus on helping clients with scoliosis. In both her private and class sessions Cindy combines East and West Coast styles. Her goal through teaching is to promote muscles balance, strength and improved flexibility. Prior to teaching in the clinic setting Cindy helped train Julia Stiles for the film “Save the last Dance” and also taught clients that include Selma Hayek, Marcus Allen, and Gates McFadden.

Abbe Rowlins
Abbe has been a Pilates enthusiast for more than 12 years. She began studying with Niedra Gabriel and was fully certified through Ivon Dahls' program. She has experience with a wide variety of physical problems and fitness levels, including disabilities, sports injuries and chronic conditions. In 2007, she created a 'Pilates in a chair' class for the elderly that has helped provide exercise options to those with low mobility. Abbe has an extensive background in theater, film and dance, and is familiar with techniques that include Alexander and Feldenkries. She loves people and is forever fascinated by observing human movement and has been touched by the profound results Pilates brings to peoples' lives.
Brandi Albright
Brandi enjoys all forms of movement and sharing it with others. She has an intimate knowledge of the benefits of combining healthy living with the power of movement and strives to impart this knowledge with her students. Her commitment to overall health and well-being is evident through the enthusiasm and passion she projects into each of her sessions.
Brandi is certified in the East Coast method of Pilates, and has worked with countless students at major fitness chains, chiropractic offices as well as boutique studios in the Los Angeles area. Drawing from her knowledge of anatomy, movement, and fitness she strives to create an intense workout to allow students to learn about their own bodies and work at their maximum level.
By creating fun, crazy, and challenging workouts Brandi motivates each student to reach their full potential in the studio and transfer those skills to their everyday life.
