Live Well Etiquette, Procedures and Policies

1. Gratuities are not included in any of our services or gift certificates. All gratitudes are greatly appreciated, but at the client's discretion.
2. Cancellations. We require that you provide 24 hours advance notice of appointment cancellation or changes. Appointments cancelled in less time will be billed in full.
3. Late Arrivals. Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time.
4. For your benefit and for the courtesy of others, no cell phones or pagers are permitted in the studio.
