Several insurance plans are accepted at our office. We accept auto accident, personal injury and most PPO health insurance plans, including Medicare. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us at (877) 433-8306 to find out what your plan covers. Our staff will gladly contact your insurance company and then call you back with your benefit details.

Simple steps to verifying your chiropractic benefits

Call our office at (877) 433-8306 and provide:

1. Your full name, date of birth and phone number
2. Name of your insurance carrier (ie. Blue Shield), i.d. number and phone number for provider/member services (as shown on your health insurance card)

We will then contact your insurance company, verify your benefits and call you back with the details.  This information will allow us to answer any questions you may have about coverage, cost and the services we provide.  
 
No Insurance

If you do not have insurance or you do not have insurance that has a chiropractic benefit there is still a way for you to receive the care you need.  Flexible payment programs can be arranged and the options available can be obtained by calling our office (323) 930-9355.

Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.
